description: This research examines public service innovation through the Aje Kendor Sekolah  Program in an effort to restore out-of-school children in Serang City for the 2023-  2024 period. The background of this problem is the high number of out-of-school  children which requires effective policy intervention. The research objectives are  to analyze the implementation of the Aje Kendor Sekolah Program, identify  supporting and inhibiting factors, and evaluate its impact on reducing the number  of out-of-school children. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study  approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation  studies. The results showed that the Aje Kendor Sekolah Program succeeded in  creating innovation in public services by involving various stakeholders, such as  local government, schools, communities, and families. The program has a positive  impact on returning out-of-school children to school through various strategies  such as data collection, motivation, facilitation, and mentoring. However,  challenges such as limited resources and coordination between parties still need to  be optimized for program sustainability.
