description: Child marriage remains a serious issue in Serang City, despite various efforts to   reduce it. One of the programs initiated by the government is the Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA), which aims to strengthen families through counseling services   and parenting education. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the   PUSPAGA Program in Serang City in an effort to prevent child marriage. This   research uses qualitative methods by analyzing interview results, observations, and   documentation. The results of this study indicate that based on the program   evaluation presented by Agustino's Program Evaluation (2023), the implementation   of the program has not been optimal. Various obstacles were found, such as limited   Budget and facilities, minimal institutional collaboration, and still high rates of child   marriage that do not meet the established targets. PUSPAGA has provided   counseling and education services, however, these efforts have not yet succeeded   In significantly reducing the number of child marriages.
