(3) How is the improvement of community welfare through the optimization of Ketapang urban aquaculture   mangrove ecotourism. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The sources of this study consisted   of 4 informants consisting of the head of the business development unit and the community. The results of the study indicate that (1) The optimization plan for Ketapang urban aquaculture mangrove ecotourism in improving   welfare has objectives, alternative decisions and limited resources from the plan. The purpose of the study is to describe the planning of Ketapang urban aquaculture towards economic welfare. (2) The implementation of   Ketapang Urban Aquaculture Mangrove Ecotourism in Ketapang Village, Mauk District, has contributed to the conservation of nature and culture, community participation in planning, transfer of knowledge about cultural and natural heritage to tourists and independent tourism or small-sized tourist groups that aim to find out the implementation of Ketapang Urban Aquaculture Mangrove Ecotourism. (3) Improving community welfare through the optimization of Ketapang Urban Aquaculture Mangrove Ecotourism, there are decent houses, food and clothing needs, education   costs, health, and physical and spiritual needs that aim to improve people's welfare.
