The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of the habituation method in developing the character of discipline among children aged 3–4 years at Playgroup Tunas Insan Kamil in Serang City, as well as its impact on their character development. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that: (1) the habituation method at Playgroup Tunas Insan Kamil is implemented consistently through programmed activities, spontaneous activities, and teacher modeling. (2) the impact of this method includes increased compliance with rules, responsibility for personal belongings, punctuality, peaceful conflict resolution, and a better understanding of the positive and negative consequences of actions.
