%A VANIA CAVALERA %L eprintuntirta51379 %X This study aims to describe the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) as a process of socialization of students in the perspective of the sociology of education at SMAN 7 Serang City. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation with students, facilitator teachers, P5 coordinator team, and student guardians. The results showed that the implementation of P5 at SMAN 7 Serang City functions as a socialization strategy that instills Pancasila values through project-based activities. With Vygotsky's sociocultural theory approach, the implementation of P5 involves the Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD), scaffolding, social interaction, and mediation that strengthen the value internalization process. However, the implementation of P5 still faces challenges such as limited infrastructure, inequality in learner participation, and teacher readiness in implementing a collaborative approach. Nevertheless, P5 makes a real contribution in shaping the character of students who are independent, collaborative, critical, and nationalistic. This study recommends strengthening the role of teachers as facilitators, as well as the need for structural and cultural support in the sustainable implementation of P5. %T Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam Perspektif Sosiologi Pendidikan di SMAN 7 Kota Serang %K Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, sociology of education, socialization, Vygotsky's theory, SMAN 7 Serang City Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, sosiologi pendidikan, sosialisasi, teori Vygotsky, SMAN 7 Kota Serang %O Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) sebagai proses sosialisasi peserta didik dalam perspektif sosiologi pendidikan di SMAN 7 Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap peserta didik, guru fasilitator, tim koordinator P5, serta wali murid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan P5 di SMAN 7 Kota Serang berfungsi sebagai strategi sosialisasi yang menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui kegiatan berbasis proyek. Dengan pendekatan teori sosiokultural Vygotsky, pelaksanaan P5 melibatkan Zona Perkembangan Proksimal (ZPD), scaffolding, interaksi sosial, dan mediasi yang memperkuat proses internalisasi nilai. Namun, pelaksanaan P5 masih menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, ketimpangan partisipasi peserta didik, dan kesiapan guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan kolaboratif. Meskipun demikian, P5 memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang mandiri, kolaboratif, kritis, dan berjiwa kebangsaan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan peran guru sebagai fasilitator, serta perlunya dukungan struktural dan kultural dalam pelaksanaan P5 yang berkelanjutan. %I UNIVERSITAS SULTAN AGENG TIRTAYASA %D 2025
