description: The development of agribusiness is greatly influenced by the roles of the business world, government, and academics who together drive growth through facilitation, supervision, technological innovation, and human resource education. Along with the times, the agribusiness sector has evolved through the integration of education and tourism, which has a positive impact on the local economy by opening up new business opportunities. However, the establishment of agribusiness edutourism in Emas Sodong Village, Tigaraksa District, Tangerang Regency, which began in 2021, has experienced relatively slow development due to a lack of significant progress, so that until now, agribusiness edutourism in Emas Sodong Village is at a limited level of development. This study aims to identify the development strategy for agribusiness edutourism as a sustainable agricultural innovation by utilizing the local potential of the village. This agribusiness edutourism integrates conventional and hydroponic agriculture to improve the community's economy while supporting food security and environmental sustainability. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with both direct and indirect methods. The location selection was done purposively. Data were obtained through field observations based on in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data analysis conducted by the researcher consisted of several matrices, namely the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT analysis, and QSPM analysis. The IFE matrix produced a total weighted score of 3.279, and the EFE matrix produced a total weighted score of 2.893. The total weighted factor score in the IE matrix is in cell IV position, which is Grow and Build. The SWOT matrix generated sixteen alternative strategies that can be implemented by the Agribusiness Edutourism of Emas Sodong Village. The QSPM matrix produced several alternative strategies: the first strategy is to enhance human resource capacity through professional management training with government support, scoring 6.690; the second strategy is to develop integrated tour packages that combine educational activities, agriculture, and children's entertainment, scoring 6.278112; and the third strategy is to prioritize the development of basic facilities with a limited budget to remain attractive to tourists, scoring 6.048846.
