description: This article aims to understand how the management of local potential in Domas Village through the lens of One Village One Product, especially in the superior product of Bontot Domas. The theory used is Hiramatsu's One Village One Product theory (2008). The research method uses a qualitative method using Creswell's case study approach. The results showed that: Bontot Domas has strong local uniqueness potential (Local Yet Global) but has not been optimized to enter a wider market due to limitations in branding, packaging, and digital marketing. Self reliance and creativity initiatives have emerged at the business actor level, but have been hampered by limited resources and structured assistance. Human Resource Development through coaching and training has also not been implemented optimally and has not fully addressed the needs of business actors. The management of Bontot Domas' local potential in the OVOP is still at an early stage and has not yet shown maximum implementation. The potential for product uniqueness has not been fully utilized for national and global markets, innovation and independence of business actors have not been optimally facilitated, and human resource development has not had a significant impact.
