High schools subject: QA Mathematics description: Education in Indonesia faces significant challenges in improving students' critical thinking skills, especially in the context of mathematics education, which requires Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). This study aims to develop an E-Modul based on the Merdeka Curriculum, tailored to the topic of Systems of Linear Equations in Three Variables (SPLTV), to enhance students' HOTS. The research uses the ADDIE development model, consisting of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The developed E-Modul has been validated by experts in media, content, and language, and tested with 15 students in grade X at SMA Global Indonesia. The validity test results show that the E-Modul is highly valid and practical. The trial, using a one-group pretest-posttest design, demonstrated an improvement in students' HOTS, with an N-Gain score of 0.5700, categorized as moderate improvement. Paired Samples Test analysis revealed a significant difference in students' skills before and after using the E-Modul. Therefore, this Merdeka Curriculum-based E-Modul has been proven valid, practical, and effective in enhancing students' higher-order thinking skills.
