Currently, PT XYZ evaluates suppliers based only on price, quality, and on-time delivery criteria and lacks an adequate assessment system to evaluate the environmental compliance of its suppliers. Evaluating supplier compliance with environmental regulations is urgent for PT XYZ to prevent business continuity risks arising from potential violations by high-risk suppliers. This study aims to identify key criteria and sub-criteria for selecting environmentally friendly suppliers, assess the risks involved in the process, and develop effective mitigation strategies. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to assign weights to each criterion and evaluate suppliers based on environmental considerations. Risk mitigation efforts then focused on the top criteria using the first phase of the House of Risk (HOR) method to identify and prioritize sources of risk based on their Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP). In the second phase of HOR, specific mitigation actions and strategies were formulated to guide supplier selection in a way that supports both sustainability and regulatory compliance. The AHP analysis revealed that the environmental management system is the most critical criterion, prompting further investigation into related risks. The study identified five key risk events and fifteen risk agents. Using a Pareto diagram in the first HOR phase, eight high-priority risk agents were selected for mitigation planning. In the second phase, the top recommended actions included forming a dedicated audit team with a clear and consistent schedule, and for PT XYZ, incorporating specific environmental indicators into supplier requirements and conducting regular compliance checks. %D 2025
