The problems that occurred and were studied by the researcher were that the Impact of the Tanjung Lesung Tourism Special Economic Zone (KEK) Development Policy, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province, had not been fully implemented optimally because there were still problems in its implementation. Therefore, an in-depth study is needed to analyze the problems that are occurring. This study uses a qualitative method by analyzing the results, interviews, observations, documentation and document studies. The results of this study indicate that based on the impact evaluation presented by the Impact Evaluation (2023), the impact of the special economic zone policy has not been fully maximized due to various factors. Overall, the existence of the Tanjung Lesung Tourism special economic zone has not been able to run optimally in providing an impact on the community.
