note: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikat pengaruh dari Belanja Lingkungan Hidup, PDRB Sektor Pertanian, PDRB Sektor Industri, Penanaman Modal Asing, Kepadatan Penduduk, dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia terhadap Indeks Kualitas Lingkungan Hidup pada 34 Provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2016 – 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel yang terdiri dari data time series periode 2016 – 2023 dan data crosssection pada 34 Provinsi di Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan data panel dinamis dengan model GMM (Generalized Method of Moments). Berdasarkan hasil estimasi dari model GMM (Generalized Method of Moments) membuktikan bahwa variabel Penanaman Modal Asing dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan, sedangkan Belanja Lingkungan Hidup, PDRB sektor industri, dan kepadatan penduduk memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Indeks Kualitas Lingkungan Hidup. Dan untuk PDRB Sektor Pertanian tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Indeks Kualitas Lingkungan Hidup.
abstract: This study aims to identify the effect of environmental expenditure, agricultural sector GRDP, industrial sector GRDP, foreign investment, population density, and human development index on environmental quality index in 34 provinces in Indonesia in 2016-2023. This study uses panel data consisting of time series data for the period 2016-2023 and crosssection data for 34 provinces in Indonesia. The analysis method used in this study uses a dynamic panel data approach with the GMM (Generalized Method of Moments) model. Based on the estimation results of the GMM (Generalized Method of Moments) model, it proves that the Foreign Investment and Human Development Index variables have a significant positive effect, while Environmental Expenditure, industrial sector GRDP, and population density have a significant negatif effect on the Environmental Quality Index. And for the agricultural sector GRDP has no effect and is not significant to the Environmental Quality Index.
