Kondisi ini mendorong pengembangan sebuah e-modul untuk mata pelajaran Penerapan Rangkaian Elektronika pada Fase F Kurikulum Merdeka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk e-modul yang layak dan dapat menunjang proses pembelajaran siswa secara mandiri dan efektif. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menerapkan metode Research and Development (R\&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D, yang terdiri dari empat tahapan sistematis: Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), Develop (Pengembangan), dan Disseminate (Penyebaran). Pada tahap awal, peneliti melakukan analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara dan observasi di sekolah, yang mengonfirmasi perlunya media ajar digital. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perancangan produk berupa aplikasi e-modul berbasis Android yang dikerjakan menggunakan Canva, Flip PDF Corporate Edition, dan Website 2 APK Builder Pro. Produk yang telah jadi kemudian diuji kelayakannya melalui validasi oleh tiga ahli media dan tiga ahli materi, serta diuji coba kepada 36 siswa dan 3 guru produktif di jurusan terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan dinilai "Sangat Layak" untuk digunakan. Penilaian dari ahli media menghasilkan skor rata-rata 101,6 , sementara ahli materi memberikan skor rata-rata 98,6. Respon dari pengguna pun sangat positif, di mana siswa memberikan skor rata-rata 78,8 dan guru memberikan skor rata-rata 86,3. The finished product's feasibility was then tested through validation by three media experts and three material experts, and it was trialed with 36 students and 3 productive teachers in the relevant department. The research findings indicated that the developed E-Module was rated "Very Feasible" for use. The assessment from media experts yielded an average score of 101.6, while material experts gave an average score of 98.6. User feedback was also highly positive, with students providing an average score of 78.8 and teachers an average score of 86.3.
