%X This study aims to examine the management of Microsoft Office training programs   in improving the vocational skills of trainees at LPK Telematika Training Center   Serang City. The approach used in this study is to use a qualitative approach with   a descriptive method. As for the results of the research that has been carried out by   the researcher, it was found that the management carried out by the LPK Telematics   Training Center in the implementation of the Microsoft Office training program is   quite good, including the stages of planning, organizing, mobilizing, coaching,   assessment, and development. The increase in the skills of trainees in both special   and basic skills has a significant increase when compared to the initial   competencies of the participants.
%Z Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang pengelolaan program pelatihan   Microsoft Office dalam meningkatkan kecakapan vokasional peserta pelatihan di   LPK Telematika Training Centre Kota Serang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam   penelitian kali ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode   deskriptif. Adapun hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti, ditemukan   bahwa pengelolaan yang dilakukan oleh LPK Telematika Training Centre dalam   penyelenggaraan program pelatihan Microsoft Office sudah cukup baik, meliputi   tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, pembinaan, penilaian, dan   pengembangan. Peningkatan kecakapan peserta pelatihan baik dalam kecakapan   khusus maupun dasar terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan bila dibandingkan dengan   kompetensi awal peserta.
