The approach used in this study is to use a qualitative approach with   a descriptive method. As for the results of the research that has been carried out by   the researcher, it was found that the management carried out by the LPK Telematics   Training Center in the implementation of the Microsoft Office training program is   quite good, including the stages of planning, organizing, mobilizing, coaching,   assessment, and development. The increase in the skills of trainees in both special   and basic skills has a significant increase when compared to the initial   competencies of the participants.
