Industrial Management description: The pupose of this research was to analyze and assess the influence of customer focus, quality obsession, and teamwork on service quality at HokBen Restaurant in Cilegon. The type of this research is quantitative. The population consists of customers of HokBen Restaurant Cilegon. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection method is questionnare. The analytical methods used include multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R²) test, and t-test. The results showed that partially the customer focus does influence significantly on the service quality. Partially, quality obsession does influence significantly on the service quality.
