TY - THES N1 - Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsentrasi larutan pestisida nabati ekstrak daun mimba yang efektif terhadap mortalitas wereng coklat (Nilaparvata lugens) pada padi varietas Inpari 32. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai dengan Maret 2025 di Kampung Kadupinang, Desa Mandalasari, Kecamatan Kaduhejo, Kabupaten Pandeglang dan di Laboratorium LPHP Wilayah 2 Pandeglang, Provinsi Banten. Percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat kali ulangan dan satu faktor yaitu konsentrasi pestisida nabati ekstrak daun mimba pada enam taraf yaitu M0- (kontrol tanpa perlakuan), M0+ (kontrol dengan wereng coklat tanpa perlakuan), 15%, 20%, 25%, dan 30%. Parameter yang diamati meliputi mortalitas wereng coklat (%), waktu kematian 50% (LT50), konsentrasi mematikan 50% (LC50), bobot segar tanaman padi (gram), dan bobot kering tanaman padi (gram). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi 30% memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata terhadap mortalitas wereng coklat. Aplikasi ekstrak daun mimba 30% menghasilkan waktu mortalitas tercepat yaitu 144 jam, meskipun tidak mencapai 50%. Berat segar tanaman padi tidak dipengaruhi secara nyata oleh perlakuan ekstrak daun mimba, dengan nilai rata-rata terbaik sebesar 3,54 gram. Berat kering tanaman padi dipengaruhi secara nyata oleh perlakuan ekstrak daun mimba, dengan nilai rata-rata tertinggi sebesar 1,56 gram. Mortalitas wereng coklat tercepat terjadi pada konsentrasi tertinggi. The study was conducted from February to March 2025 in Kampung Kadupinang, Mandalasari Village, Kaduhejo Subdistrict, Pandeglang Regency, and at the LPHP Laboratory Region 2 Pandeglang, Banten Province. The experiment used a Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with four replications and one factor, which was the concentration of neem leaf extract botanical pesticide at six levels: M0- (control without treatment), M0+ (control with brown planthopper without treatment), 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30%. Observed parameters included brown planthopper mortality (%), Lethal Time 50% (LT50), Lethal Concentration 50% (LC50), fresh weight of rice plants (grams), and dry weight of rice plants (grams). The results showed that the 30% concentration had a highly significant effect on brown planthopper mortality. Application of the 30% neem leaf extract resulted in the fastest mortality time of 144 hours, although it did not reach 50%. Fresh weight of rice plants was not significantly affected by the neem leaf extract treatment, with the best average value of 3.54 grams. Dry weight of rice plants was significantly influenced by the neem leaf extract treatment, with the highest average value of 1.56 grams.
