note: Tujuan pengamatan pada tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan proses
transaksi serta faktor yang mempengaruhi proses transaksi pada sistem pembayaran
Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), BI-FAST dan Real Time Online (RTO). Hasil
pengamatan berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi selama magang di Bank
Pembangunan Jawa Barat Dan Banten Tbk Kantor Cabang Khusus Banten untuk
menyelesaikan Tugas Akhir adalah menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing sistem
memiliki beberapa perbedaan dalam hal kecepatan proses, biaya transaksi, dan
waktu operasional. Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) digunakan untuk transaksi
bernilai besar dengan penyelesaian waktu nyata (real time). BI-FAST merupakan
sistem pembayaran baru yang memungkinkan transaksi cepat dengan biaya rendah
dan tersedia 24 jam. Sementara itu, Real Time Online (RTO) lebih digunakan dalam
transaksi harian melalui layanan online Bank Pembangunan Jawa Barat Dan Banten
Tbk Kantor Cabang Khusus Banten. Perbedaan karakteristik tersebut menunjukkan
pentingnya pemilihan sistem pembayaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan transaksi
nasabah maupun kebijakan operasional bank.
abstract: The purpose of observation in this final project is to determine the differences in
transaction processes and factors that influence the transaction process in the Real
Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), BI-FAST and Real Time Online (RTO) payment
systems. The results of observations based on interviews and observations during
the internship at Bank Pembangunan Jawa Barat Dan Banten Tbk Kantor Cabang
Khusus Banten to complete the Final Project show that each system has several
differences in terms of process speed, transaction costs, and operational time. Real
Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) is used for large value transactions with real-time
settlement. BI-FAST is a new payment system that allows fast transactions with low
costs and is available 24 hours. Meanwhile, Real Time Online (RTO) is used more
in daily transactions through Bank Pembangunan Jawa Barat Dan Banten Tbk
Kantor Cabang Khusus Banten 's online services. The differences in characteristics
indicate the importance of choosing a payment system that suits customer
transaction needs and bank operational policies.
