description: The purpose of observation in this final project is to determine the differences in  transaction processes and factors that influence the transaction process in the Real  Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), BI-FAST and Real Time Online (RTO) payment  systems. The results of observations based on interviews and observations during  the internship at Bank Pembangunan Jawa Barat Dan Banten Tbk Kantor Cabang  Khusus Banten to complete the Final Project show that each system has several  differences in terms of process speed, transaction costs, and operational time. Real  Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) is used for large value transactions with real-time  settlement. BI-FAST is a new payment system that allows fast transactions with low  costs and is available 24 hours. Meanwhile, Real Time Online (RTO) is used more  in daily transactions through Bank Pembangunan Jawa Barat Dan Banten Tbk  Kantor Cabang Khusus Banten 's online services. The differences in characteristics  indicate the importance of choosing a payment system that suits customer  transaction needs and bank operational policies.
