note: Bank mengalami Transformasi di era digital dalam melakukan aktifitasnya, kini
menjadi suatu keharusan untuk menjawab kebutuhan dan harapan nasabah yang terus
berkembang. Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini ialah untuk memberikan pemahaman
yang lebih mendalam mengenai mekanisme pelaksanaan kedua sistem pembayaran
Kliring dan Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), dan mengetahui kualitas layanan
perbankan yang dapat meningkatkan optimalisasi kelancaran sistem keuangan di
daerah. Hasil pengamatan penulisan menunjukan tugas akhir bahwa perkembangan
volume Kliring menurun sebesar -4,25 dan Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS)
mengalami kenaikan 7,26 dalam kurun waktu satu tahun (2023-2024) di PT Bank
Pembangunan Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk Kantor Cabang Khusus Banten.
abstract: Banks have undergone a transformation in the digital era in conducting their activities,
which has now become a necessity to meet the evolving needs and expectations of
customers. The purpose of this final project is to provide a deeper understanding of the
implementation mechanisms of the two payment systems: Clearing and Real-Time
Gross Settlement (RTGS), as well as to assess the quality of banking services that can
enhance the optimization of financial system efficiency in the region. Observations
from this research show that during the period of one year (2023–2024), the volume of
Clearing transactions decreased by 4.25%, while Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS)
transactions increased by 7.26% at PT Bank Pembangunan Jawa Barat dan Banten
Tbk, Kantor Cabang Khusus Banten.
