description: This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of electric motor installation through a differentiated learning approach for students of SMKN 1 Ciruas. The research method used is a quantitative approach. This study uses a non-equivalent control group design. The collection of sample data in this study used a sampling technique with a simple random sampling method in determining 2 different classes. This study used class XI TITL SMKN 1 Ciruas which was divided into 2 classes, namely XI TITL-1 as the control class and class XI TITL-2 as the experimental class. Based on the results of the paired samples statistical test in the control group, it was found that the average pretest score of 55.00 increased to 74.00 in the posttest, so that there was an increase of 19.00 points, while in the experimental group, the average pretest score of 47.34 increased to 77.66 in the posttest, so that the increase reached 30.32 points. From the paired sample test on the experimental and control groups, the significance data (2-tailed) was 0.000 < 0.05, which indicates that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted as an alternative hypothesis.
