description: This study aims to describe: (1) the learning methods used to introduce sexual education to children aged 3–4 years at the Playgroup (KB) of Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) in Serang City; (2) the learning media used in the process; and (3) the outcomes of introducing sexual education to children in this setting. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach to provide an in-depth and contextual understanding of the phenomenon. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to obtain comprehensive insights into the learning process in the field. The results indicate that the learning methods and media used are active and enjoyable, enhancing children's understanding of sexual education. The children showed positive development in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects holistically and in accordance with their developmental stages.
