High schools subject: QA Mathematics description: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Everyone is a Teacher Here (ETH) cooperative learning model on the motivation and mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students at SMP PGRI Kramatwatu. The background of this study is based on the low motivation and learning outcomes of students as indicated by formative values below the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM), as well as observation results showing that students still have difficulty understanding basic mathematical concepts. This study uses an experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design model. Data collection techniques use learning motivation questionnaires and learning outcome tests in the form of pretests and posttests. Data analysis techniques use descriptive and inferential statistical tests. The results of the study showed that the motivation and learning outcomes of students who participated in learning with the ETH model were significantly higher compared to students who used conventional learning models.
