description: This study aims to describe (1) the process of using the on-the-job training (internship)  method in improving the skills of barista training participants at SKB Kota Serang, and  (2) the participation of training participants in the use of the on-the-job training  (internship) method to enhance their barista skills. The study employed a qualitative  approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques included observation,  interviews, and documentation. The data sources consisted of five informants,  including training instructors, training organizers, and training participants. The  results of the study show that (1) the implementation of the on-the-job training  (internship) method has been carried out effectively through the stages of planning,  organizing, implementation, and evaluation; and (2) participants' involvement in the  on-the-job training method demonstrated increased motivation and active  participation throughout the training process.
