note: Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji mengenai pemberdayaan melalui
program kewirausahaan UP2K di desa kayu bongkok kecamatan sepatan kabupaten
Tangerang. Pemberdayaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) mengetahui proses
pemberdayaan melalui program kewirausahaan usaha peningkatan pendapatan
keluarga (UP2K di desa Kayu Bongkok Kecamatan Sepatan Kabupaten Tangerang,
(2) mengetahui hasil pemberdayaan melalui program kewirausahaan usaha
peningkatan pendapatan keluarga (UP2K) di desa Kayu Bongkok Kecamatan
Sepatan Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data
observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri
dari 6 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Pemberdayaan ibu
rumah tangga menggunakan beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap penyadaran, tahap
pengkapasitasan, dan tahap peningkatan kemandirian. Selanjutnya setelah melalui
tahapan pemberdayaan tersebut, (2) Adapun hasil dari pemberdayaan ibu rumah
tangga yaitu terdapat perbaikan usaha, perbaikan pendapatan, dan perbaikan
kehidupan.
abstract: This study aims to examine empowerment through the UP2K entrepreneurship program in Kayu Bongkok Village, Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency. This empowerment aims to find out (1) the empowerment process through the family
income improvement entrepreneurship program (UP2K in Kayu Bongkok Village, Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency, (2) the results of empowerment through the family income improvement entrepreneurship program (UP2K) in Kayu Bongkok Village, Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques of
observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources in this study consisted of 6 respondents. The results of the study showed that (1) Empowerment of
housewives uses several stages, namely the awareness stage, the capacity building
stage, and the independence improvement stage. Furthermore, after going through
the empowerment stages, (2) The results of the empowerment of housewives are that
there are improvements in business, improvements in income, and improvements in
life.
