description: This study aims to develop a learning media in the form of a comic strip  based on Adobe Illustrator to deliver Umrah material in Islamic Religious  Education for ninth-grade junior high school students. The media was designed to  be more engaging, communicative, and capable of enhancing students’  understanding and participation. The development process followed the ADDIE  model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development,  Implementation, and Evaluation.  The research findings indicate that the comic strip learning media based on  Adobe Illustrator for Umrah material is highly feasible and effective. The media,  developed through the ADDIE model, received validation from content and media  experts, obtaining an excellent feasibility score of 97.35%. Student learning  outcomes improved significantly, as shown by the pretest and posttest scores, with  an effect size of 2.906, which falls into the very high category. Student responses  were also very positive regarding the visual appearance, content, and appeal of the  media. These results show that the comic strip successfully enhances  understanding, engagement, and provides an enjoyable and interactive learning  experience. It also helps improve student motivation and independent learning.  Therefore, this comic strip-based learning media is suitable to be used as an  innovative alternative in teaching Islamic Religious Education, especially in the  topic of Umrah worship.
