The large value of benefits in squid makes it an alternative to create products that have a value that can provide benefits for business actors. The purpose of this study was to determine the added value and income generated from processing squid into ready to eat food. In data collection using methods such as interviews, observations and literature studies. Data processing used using Hayami value-added analysis.
