The large value of benefits in squid makes it an alternative to create products that have a value that can provide benefits for business actors. The purpose of this study was to determine the added value and income generated from processing squid into ready to eat food. In data collection using methods such as interviews, observations and literature studies. Data processing used using Hayami value-added analysis. The results of the ratio value shown after data processing were 57.9% and an income level of 50.5% for grilled squid, 56.1% with an income   level of 49.7% for squid with padang sauce, and 50.1% with an income level of 42.2% for squid with oyster sauce.
