This study was conducted to analyze income, find out the break-even point break and analyze the economic efficiency of micro, small, and medium bontot businesses. The first thing to do is  to conduct direct observations and interviews to find information related to problems in the financial aspects of micro, small, and medium bontot businesses.   The needs and sources of funds consist of capital and production costs in the form of fixed costs and variable costs. To find out whether the company is making a profit or loss, it can be seen from the cost data, then an income analysis and business efficiency analysis are carried out. Economic efficiency in Lidah Punya Rasa UMKM using Break Event Point and R/C Ratio analysis. The Break Event Point  value of the bontot business was achieved at a sales volume of IDR. 11,937,800 or in units of 1,194 Pcs. Based on these figures, the bontot business did not experience any profit or loss, so it is at the break-even point.the results of the R/C Ratio analysis obtained were 1,43 R/C > 1 which means that Lidah Punya Rasa UMKM in Domas   Village, Pontang District, Serang Regency is feasible to run.
