Upaya Meningkatkan Lifeskill Warga Belajar di PKBM AlKAHFI (3) Faktor
Pendukung dan Penghambat Pelatihan Kerajinan Tangan dalam Upaya Meningkatkan
Lifeskill Warga Belajar di PKBM ALKAHFI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan
kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah
observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Sumber dalam penelitian ini 5 informan terdiri
dari kepala satuan dan warga belajar. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa
(1) Pelatihan Kerajinan Tangan dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Lifeskill Warga Belajar
sudah berjalan dengan baik dengan melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi.
(2) Hasil Pelatihan Kerajinan Tangan dalam Upaya meningkatkan Lifeskill Warga
Belajar sudah berjalan dengan baik karena sudah sesuai dengan tujuan awal pelatihan
direncanakan. (3) Faktor Pendukung antusias warga belajar menjadi hal utama dan
Faktor Penghambat adanya perbedaan karakter dan minat Warga Belajar.
abstract: This study aims to determine (1) How is the Implementation of Handicraft Training in
Efforts to Improve Life Skills of PKBM ALKAHFI Students (2) How are the Results of
the Implementation of Handicraft Training in Efforts to Improve Life Skills of PKBM
AlKAHFI Students (3) Supporting and Inhibiting Factors of Handicraft Training in
Efforts to Improve Life Skills of PKBM ALKAHFI Students. This study uses a
qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are
observation, interviews, documentation. The sources in this study were 5 informants
consisting of unit heads and students. The results of this study indicate that (1)
Handicraft Training in Efforts to Improve Life Skills of Students has been running well
through the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. (2) The results of the
Practical Work Training in an effort to improve the Life Skills of Students have gone
well because they are in accordance with the initial objectives of the planned training.
(3) The supporting factor for student enthusiasm is the main thing and the inhibiting
factor is the difference in character and interests of students.
