This study uses a  qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are  observation, interviews, documentation. The sources in this study were 5 informants  consisting of unit heads and students. The results of this study indicate that (1)  Handicraft Training in Efforts to Improve Life Skills of Students has been running well  through the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. (2) The results of the  Practical Work Training in an effort to improve the Life Skills of Students have gone  well because they are in accordance with the initial objectives of the planned training.  (3) The supporting factor for student enthusiasm is the main thing and the inhibiting  factor is the difference in character and interests of students.
