note: Bawang merah adalah salah satu komoditas hortikultura yang telah ditetapkan menjadi salah satu komoditas pangan strategis di Indonesia oleh pemerintah karena memiliki kekuatan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pangan pada keadaan pasar yang semakin liberal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis daya saing usahatani bawang merah melalui indikator keunggulan komparatif dan kompetitif serta menganalisis perubahan komponen input dan output terhadap daya saing usahatani bawang merah di Desa Toyomerto. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data primer dan sekunder. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) dan analisis sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usahatani bawang merah pada tingkat harga privat mengalami kerugian sebesar -Rp63.357.076,06 per ha, dengan nilai PCR sebesar -0,15. Sementara itu, pada tingkat harga sosial petani mendapatkan Rp11.445.381,6 per ha dengan nilai DRCR sebesar 0. 30015339. Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa usahatani bawang merah di Desa Toyomerto memiliki daya saing secara komparatif, namun tidak memiliki daya saing secara kompetitif. Hasil analisis sensitivitas melalui skenario yang telah dilakukan juga menunjukkan bahwa usahatani bawang merah hanya berdaya saing komparatif.
abstract: The research aims to analyse the competitiveness of shallot farming through indicators of comparative and competitive advantage and analyse changes in input and output components on the competitiveness of shallot farming in Toyomerto Village. The method used in this research is through quantitative descriptive method with primary and secondary data. The analyses used include Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) analysis and sensitivity analysis. The results showed that shallot farming at the private price level suffered a loss of -Rp63,357,076.06 per ha, with a PCR value of -0.15. Meanwhile, at the social price level farmers get Rp11,445,381.6 per ha with a DRCR value of 0.30015339. This illustrates that shallot farming in Toyomerto Village is comparatively competitive, but not competitively competitive. The results of the sensitivity analysis through the scenarios that have been carried out also show that the onion farm is only comparatively competitive.
