description: The research aims to analyse the competitiveness of shallot farming through indicators of comparative and competitive advantage and analyse changes in input and output components on the competitiveness of shallot farming in Toyomerto Village. The method used in this research is through quantitative descriptive method with primary and secondary data. The analyses used include Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) analysis and sensitivity analysis. The results showed that shallot farming at the private price level suffered a loss of -Rp63,357,076.06 per ha, with a PCR value of -0.15. Meanwhile, at the social price level farmers get Rp11,445,381.6 per ha with a DRCR value of 0.30015339. This illustrates that shallot farming in Toyomerto Village is comparatively competitive, but not competitively competitive. The results of the sensitivity analysis through the scenarios that have been carried out also show that the onion farm is only comparatively competitive.
