And also by the factor of existing road conditions that are inadequate to serve the growth of vehicles that increase every year. This research aims to analyze road performance, alternative road performance handling, and model traffic performance in existing conditions using the PKJI 2023 method and Vissim software. Based on the results of the research analysis the highest traffic flow volume was 2561 smp / hour for the direction of Serang Square with a speed of 30.107 km / hour towards Serang Square. While traffic density reached 85.064 smp / km in the direction of Serang Square. Capacity on the Diponegoro road section obtained was 3003.739 so as to get a Ds value of 0.852 in the direction of Serang square with the level of service of the road including category E (Unstable flow, low and varying speeds, volume close to capacity). Based on the data obtained and analysed using VISSIM software is at LOS E (bad).
