High schools description: The low mathematical problem-solving ability of junior high school students, particularly in the topic of circles, became the background of this study. This research aims to develop an electronic student worksheet (e-LKPD) based on the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model with the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach that is valid, practical, and effective in improving students’ mathematical problem-solving skills. The development is grounded in constructivist theory, which emphasizes active student engagement in constructing knowledge through real and interactive experiences. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation phases. The study involved eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Menes. The instruments used included expert validation sheets, student and teacher response questionnaires, and pretest-posttest assessments. Validation results showed that the e-LKPD was highly valid, with an average score of 84% from media experts and 89% from content experts. The practicality of the e-LKPD was indicated by positive responses from students (82%) and teachers (94%). Its effectiveness was demonstrated by an N-Gain score of 0.44, categorized as moderate, and a significance value of 0.000 from hypothesis testing, indicating a statistically significant difference between pretest and posttest results.
