Matematika tidak hanya sekadar menghitung saja, melainkan dapat menumbuhkan kemampuan seseorang seperti berpikir logis. Kemampuan berpikir logis adalah kemampuan dalam menyimpulkan suatu hal bersifat benar dengan memperhatikan aturan, pola, maupun logika tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan model pembelajaran game based learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran game based learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis siswa. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuasi eksperimen dengan jenis Pre-Test and Post-Test with Non-Equivalen Control Group Design, yaitu diperlukan dua kelas sampel yakni kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025 MTS Al-Hasanah Sajira yang berjumlah 45 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling atas pertimbangan tertentu. Sehingga diperoleh sampel untuk kelas VII-A sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah 21 orang yang akan diberikan perlakuan model pembelajaran game based learning dan kelas VII-B sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah 24 orang yang akan mendapatkan perlakuan model pembelajaran konvensional. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen tes berupa soal uraian untuk pre-test dan post-test yang disusun berdasarkan indikator kemampuan berpikir logis. Data yang diperoleh akan dilakukan analisis menggunakan statistika deskriptif dan inferensial untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelas terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan model pembelajaran game based learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis siswa. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran game based learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis siswa. abstract: Education is the main human need, because through education a person can obtain self-changes that will function well in the surrounding environment. Mathematics is not just about calculating, but can grow a person's abilities such as logical thinking. The ability to think logically is the ability to conclude that something is right by paying attention to certain rules, patterns, or logic. This study aims to find out whether there is a significant influence of the application of the game-based learning model on students' logical thinking skills. This study is a quantitative research with the aim of determining the influence of the game-based learning model on students' logical thinking skills. The approach in this study uses a quasi-experimental approach with the type of Pre-Test and Post-Test with Non-Equivalent Control Group Design, which requires two classes of samples, namely the experimental class and the control class. The subjects in this study are 45 students in grade VII of the even semester of the 2024/2025 school year of MTS Al-Hasanah Sajira. The sample in this study was obtained by purposive sampling technique based on certain considerations. So that samples were obtained for class VII-A as an experimental class with a total of 21 people who will be given the treatment of the game-based learning model and class VII-B as a control class with a total of 24 people who will be treated with the conventional learning model. The data collection technique in this study uses test instruments in the form of descriptive questions for pre-test and post-test which are compiled based on indicators of logical thinking ability. The data obtained will be analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics to test the hypothesis. The results of the study show that the classroom has a significant influence from the application of the game-based learning model on students' logical thinking skills.
