One solution that can be applied in education is through practicum activities that are oriented towards the principles of green and sustainable chemistry. However, practicum activities in schools have not fully implemented the principles of green and sustainable chemistry and have not optimized the development of students' critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and communication (4C) skills. This research aims to produce teaching materials in the form of practicum instructions for reducing carbon emissions based on green and sustainable chemistry to stimulate students' 4C skills. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model through five stages, namely analyse, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. The practicum instruction profile was developed with aspects of 4C skills to train students in critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and communication in practicum activities that support carbon emission reduction. Based on the results of material and media validation, the developed practicum instructions are classified as very valid with an assessment of 91%. Based on the final results of student responses to the use of practicum instructions, an average of 88% was obtained with the criteria “Very Good”. %Z Peningkatan emisi karbon akibat dari aktivitas manusia telah menjadi isu lingkungan global yang mendesak. Salah satu solusi yang dapat diterapkan dalam dunia pendidikan adalah melalui kegiatan praktikum yang berorientasi pada prinsip green and sustainable chemistry. Namun, kegiatan praktikum di sekolah belum sepenuhnya menerapkan prinsip green and sustainable chemistry serta belum mengoptimalkan pengembangan keterampilan critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and communication (4C) siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa petunjuk praktikum reduksi emisi karbon berbasis green and sustainable chemistry untuk menstimulus keterampilan 4C siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE melalui lima tahapan yaitu analyze, design, develop, implement, dan evaluate. Profil petunjuk praktikum dikembangkan dengan aspek-aspek keterampilan 4C untuk melatih siswa dalam berpikir kritis, berkolaborasi, berkreasi, dan berkomunikasi dalam kegiatan praktikum yang mendukung reduksi emisi karbon. Berdasarkan hasil validasi materi dan media, petunjuk praktikum yang dikembangkan tergolong sangat valid dengan penilaian sebesar 91%. Berdasarkan hasil akhir respons siswa terhadap penggunaan petunjuk praktikum diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 88% dengan kriteria “Sangat Baik”.
