Sehingga solusi yang dapat diberikan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yaitu dengan menerapkan penggunaan aplikasi Photomath. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 7 Kota Tangerang tahun ajaran 2024/2025 semester genap yang bertujuan untuk melihat kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang menggunakan aplikasi Photomath. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain nonequivalent pre-test post-test control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 7 Kota Tangerang. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dua kelas yaitu XI AKL 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI PM 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari pre-test dan post-test kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa setelah diterapkan pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi Photomath dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang menggunakan aplikasi Photomath lebih baik daripada siswa yang tidak menggunakan aplikasi Photomath. abstract: Effectiveness of Photomath Application on Mathematical Problem Solving Ability of Vocational High School Students. So that the solution that can be given to improve students' mathematical problem solving skills is to apply the use of the Photomath application. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 7 Tangerang City in the academic year 2024/2025 even semester which aims to see the mathematical problem solving ability of students using Photomath application. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a nonequivalent pre-test post-test control group design. The population in the study was XI grade students of SMK Negeri 7 Tangerang City. The samples of this study were taken two classes, namely XI AKL 3 as the experimental class and XI PM 2 as the control class. This research instrument consists of pre-test and post-test of mathematical problem solving ability.
