Terminal Kepandean)}, abstract = {Transportation is the activity of moving goods (loads) and passengers from one place to another. The importance of transportation is evident in the growing demand for transportation services to facilitate the mobility of people from specific areas throughout the country. To carry out these interests, transportation is needed that can deliver to the destination of the activity. This study aims to determine the Vehicle Operational Cost (VOC) incurred by public transportation operators, the amount of public transportation tariffs based on the results of the Vehicle Operational Cost (VOC) analysis, and the income and profits obtained by public transportation service providers. From the results of this study, the average vehicle operational cost for public transportation on the Pakupatan - Kepandean terminal route theoretically using the transportation service method is Rp. 3,129.99 / vehicle-km. From results the analysis, the average theoretical tariff based on the amount of vehicle operational costs was obtained at Rp. 5,371.47 / pnp / relay, where this theoretical tariff does not comply with the applicable tariff or the tariff set by the government, which is Rp. 5,000 / pnp / relay. The average load factor value obtained was 54.85\%, which is still below the ideal value of 70\% according to the Minister of Transportation's Decree No. 15 of 2019, so the income obtained by public transportation service providers has not been maximized. And the gross income obtained by vehicle owners in Serang City on the Pakupatan Terminal - Kepandean Terminal route is IDR 229,567 while the average profit is IDR 72,505, which is still far from the ideal income of UMR / UMK = {$\pm$} IDR 115,000 - 120,000 / day in Serang City.}, url = {https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/50688/} }
