description: The purpose of this study is to examine how MSME performance is shaped by factors such as innovation strategy, management control systems, and IT capabilities. This study used a quantitative approach, gathering primary data through questionnaires that were distributed both face-to-face and online via Google Forms to MSME participants located in Tangerang City. The study applied purposive sampling and managed to collect data from a total of 85 selected respondents. The data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) approach, supported by the Smart-PLS software version 4.1. The results show that innovation strategy plays a significant   and positive role in enhancing MSME performance. On the other hand, while management control systems and information technology capabilities are positively associated with performance, their influence is not statistically significant.
