This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The research design employs a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study consists of all eighth-grade students at the research site. The sample was determined using purposive sampling technique, resulting in a total of 68 eighth-grade students, with class VIII D as the experimental group and VIII B as the control group. Data were collected through mathematical literacy ability tests, observation sheets for teacher competence in managing learning, and student positive response questionnaires. The results showed that the one-tailed t-test produced a significance value (p-value) of 0.0025 < 0.05, indicating that H_0 is rejected. In addition, students? mathematical literacy achievement reached the ?good? category, the effectiveness indicator based on students? positive responses fell into the ?very positive? category, student learning outcomes showed mastery of more than 80%, and teachers? ability to manage learning was categorized as ?very good.? Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Team Games Tournament learning model assisted by the Tic Tac Toe game is effective in enhancing students? mathematical literacy skills.?.
