Transformational leadership has a significant influence on school culture, with a coefficient of determination (R²) value of 61.6%; 2. Work motivation has a significant influence on school culture, with a coefficient of determination (R²) value of 61.6%; 3. School culture significantly influences teacher performance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 56.1%; 4. Transformational leadership of the school principal significantly influences teacher performance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of %; 5. Since the significance value is 0.101 > 0.05. Work motivation does not influence teacher performance; 6. The results of the Sobel test show that the calculated t-value is 3.40 > t-table with a significance level of 0.05, which is 1.65. Transformational Leadership of School Principals on Teacher Performance through School Culture mediation has a significant effect; 7. The results of the Sobel test show that the calculated t value of 2.25 is greater than the table t value with a significance level of 0.05, which is 1.65.
