The background of this research is based on the 2024 Education Report, which indicates that the quality of learning and teacher performance remains suboptimal. Work motivation and the presence of learning community are two key factors presumed to contribute to improving teacher performance, yet they are rarely investigated simultaneously. This study employs a quantitative approach with a correlational method to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of work motivation and learning communities on teacher performance. The study adheres to scientific standards in determining the confidence level of the data analysis results by applying a significance level of α = 0.05 or 5%. Accordingly, the confidence level of the findings reaches 95%, indicating a high level of reliability in explaining the relationships among the examined variables. The analysis results show a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and teacher performance, as indicated by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a correlation coefficient of 0.676. In addition, learning communities also show a positive and significant relationship with teacher performance, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a correlation coefficient of 0.636. Simultaneously, work motivation and learning communities have a significant correlation with teacher performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.684.
