This study aims to determine the strategy carried out by the corporate communication division of PT Aerotrans Services Indonesia in terms of maintaining the company's image. Instagram social media is a platform chosen by the corporate communication division to publish all activities carried out by the company. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations and documentation. This study is based on the Cutlip & Center public relations management approach which is divided into fact finding, planning, communicating and evaluation stages. The results of this study are at the fact finding stage, the corporate communication division conducted research by means of FGD, surveys and internal meetings. At the planning stage, the corporate communication division compiles work programs, manages negative issues and social media. At the communicating stage, the corporate communication division chooses Instagram as a medium for delivering messages. Finally, at the evaluation stage, the corporate communication division monitors divisions, analyzes social media and collects internal & external feedback.
