%D 2025 %O Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Work Life Balance (WLB) dan Leader Member Exchange (LMX) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel intervening pada PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada bidang Energi Primer PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel jenuh digunakan untuk metode pengambilan sampel, yang berarti bahwa semua orang dalam populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasilnya,seluruh karyawan pada bidang Energi Primer atau sebanyak 104 (seratus empat) responden menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work Life Balance (WLB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Kinerja Karyawan. Leader Member Exchange (LMX) berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ter hadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan %A Irwan Edi Syahputra Lubis %X The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Work Life Balance (WLB) and Leader Member Exchange (LMX) on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable at PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya. The population in this study consists of all employees in the Primary Energy sector of PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya. In this study, a saturated sample was used for the sampling method, which means that all individuals in the population were used as a sample. As a result, all employees in the Primary Energy sector, totaling 104 (one hundred four) respondents, became the research sample. The research results show that Work Life Balance (WLB) has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Employee Performance. Leader Member Exchange (LMX) has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance and also has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
