The population in this study consists of all employees in the Primary Energy sector of PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya. In this study, a saturated sample was used for the sampling method, which means that all individuals in the population were used as a sample. As a result, all employees in the Primary Energy sector, totaling 104 (one hundred four) respondents, became the research sample. The research results show that Work Life Balance (WLB) has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Employee Performance. Leader Member Exchange (LMX) has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance and also has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
