description: The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Work Life Balance  (WLB) and Leader Member Exchange (LMX) on Employee Performance with  Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable at PT PLN  Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya.  The population in this study consists of all employees in the Primary  Energy sector of PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya. In this study, a saturated  sample was used for the sampling method, which means that all individuals in the  population were used as a sample. As a result, all employees in the Primary Energy  sector, totaling 104 (one hundred four) respondents, became the research sample.  The research results show that Work Life Balance (WLB) has a positive and  significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Employee  Performance. Leader Member Exchange (LMX) has a positive but not significant  effect on Employee Performance and also has a positive and significant effect on  Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Additionally, Organizational  Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on Employee  Performance.
