Putri Damayanti Restaurant is located in a recreational area in Banten Province, known for its coastal attractions that draw a high number of local and international tourists. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. The scale construction technique employed in this research uses the Likert scale method. The data processing method used by the researcher is multiple linear regression analysis, conducted through the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software program. The sample used in this study consists of 100 consumers of Putri Damayanti Restaurant. The sampling technique applied is accidental sampling. The data collected is primary data obtained from respondents’ answers to distributed questionnaires. The R square value indicates that product quality, price, and service quality contribute 43.8% to consumer loyalty. The results of the partial test show that product quality has a significant effect on consumer loyalty, whereas price and service quality do not have a significant effect.
