Teachers have an important role in the preparation of learning tools, therefore the teaching module for the independent curriculum needs to be developed along with the development of teachers' pedagogical competence so that the techniques applied in the learning process can train students' science process skills. To train students' science process skills, one of the suitable methods in learning is STEM-PjBL. In climate change material related to carbon footprints, it is necessary to have a deep understanding of the material's link to events found in everyday life. Solutions that can be done in solving these problems through the development of teaching e-modules made using the STEM-PjBL learning model to train science process skills. The research design used is research (R&D) using the ADDIE model development. Data collection techniques were carried out using literature study analysis, questionnaires, and observations. The data analysis technique used Aikens index 0.79 with an error rate of 5% and used six material and media validators. The validation results obtained an average value of 0.93 and declared valid. Based on the results of the response to 38 students, the student response score was 75% with good criteria.
