description: Sandwich Generation female workers are caught between two generations and bear the dual responsibility of being financial providers while also caring for their families and parents. This dual role often leads to mental pressure. To cope with this, they utilize social media particularly the “Komunitas Marah-marah” on X as a space for seeking mental support. This study applies Pierre Levy’s New Media Theory and Lazarus & Folkman's Coping Strategy Theory, using a qualitative descriptive approach, case study method, and interpretive paradigm. The findings show that the Komunitas Marah-marah functions as an alternative mental support space, enabling interaction and integration among members. Social interactions include self-expression, mutual support, and information exchange, while social integration is reflected through emotional connection, solidarity, and long-term  support. This community serves as a coping strategy for these women facilitating anonymous emotional expression (emotion-focused coping) and offering problemsolving through shared experiences (problem-focused coping).
