The aim is to measure AR's effectiveness in improving students' understanding and creativity. The research target is eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Kota Serang, focusing on differences in abilities before and after learning. The study employs an experimental approach with a non-equivalent control group design. A total of 60 students were divided into two groups: an experimental group using AR media and a control group using conventional methods. Data were collected through pretests, posttests, and student response questionnaires. Statistical analysis was used to examine significant differences in learning outcomes and attitudes. The results show that AR media positively impacts students' creative thinking skills. The experimental group that used AR experienced a more significant increase in posttestscores compared to the control group. Additionally, student responses indicated high levels of participation, understanding, and motivation, with an average favorable category of 70%. These differences confirm the effectiveness of AR media in mathematics learning. The AR learning media “AR Bangun Ruang” effectively improves students’ creative thinking, concept comprehension, and motivation in solid geometry material.
