%O Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh variabel 
proses produksi terhadap kualitas produk dengan pelatihan sebagai variabel 
moderasi. Penelitian ini merujuk pada permasalahan yang terjadi di salah satu 
produsen sepatu yang ada di Kabupaten Tangerang, yaitu CV. Kitos Jaya terkait 
jumlah penurunan kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkannya.Jenis penelitian ini ialah 
asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah responden pada 
penelitian ini sebanyak 120 tenaga kerja dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan 
sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 
yaitu analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) bantuan software Smart-PLS 
versi 4.0.9.9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Proses produksi 
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas produk. (2) Pelatihan 
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas produk. (3) Pelatihan tidak 
mampu memoderasi hubungan antara proses produksi terhadap kualitas produk.

%X The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of production process 
variables on product quality with training as a moderating variable. This research 
refers to the problems that occur in one of the shoe manufacturers in Tangerang 
Regency, namely CV. Kitos Jaya related to the number of decreases in the quality 
of the products it produces.This type of research is associative using a quantitative 
approach. The number of respondents in this study were 120 workers using a 
sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. The analysis method used in this 
research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of Smart�PLS software version 4.0.9.9. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The 
production process has a positive and significant effect on product quality. (2) 
Training has a positive and significant effect on product quality. (3) Training is not 
able to moderate the relationship between the production process and product 
quality.
