description: Early numeracy skills are abilities that start from the surrounding environment and children can develop all aspects they have. Lack of understanding of children in recognizing numbers and number symbols, addition and subtraction, matching pictures with numbers is caused by the learning media used being conventional and less interesting for children in learning to count. This study aims to produce mobile learning animation media using the Kodular application. The type of research used is Research and Development with the ADDIE model through the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques use interviews and questionnaires, while data analysis is carried out with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Product validity is evaluated against two validators, namely media experts and material experts. Based on the validation results carried out by experts, it can be concluded that mobile learning animation media is very feasible and very valid to be used as a learning medium to improve early numeracy skills in children aged 5-6 years.
